Work Experience
Onsite consultant for enterprise clients.
- UX/UI and BA for MedPark's digital products: the My MedPark patient app, the inpatient meal system, the online store and back-office tools.
- Inpatient meal ordering (bedside tablet and back office): ran discovery with ward staff and the clinical nutrition team, then built the ordering flow around 20 clinical diet types, including IDDSI dysphagia levels and tube feeding. Wrote the service blueprint, a Thai functional spec and the Jira stories, then tested the flow with 3 nutritionists on the DEV build and moved the missing features into the backlog.
- Patient order list for nutritionists: grouped 10 feedback points into 4 underlying problems, cut 8+ status labels to 3, and used census data to settle pagination against scrolling in favour of one hospital-wide list. Prototyped it, then wrote 10 developer cards in Thai with acceptance criteria.
- Referral commission system, before go-live: checked the agency contract against how the system calculates commission and logged 12 gaps for the team to fix before launch, including a missing rate tier, the tier maths and the contract year. Translated the contract into Thai.
- Check-up report import for a partner hospital (back office): prototyped single-file and bulk upload, where files named by HN and visit number are checked against the hospital system with 8 error and 3 warning rules. Made 13 test PDFs to cover every rule.
- Lab and imaging results (patient app): mapped hospital system categories, specimens and lab PDFs, and cut 14 result categories down to 4 groups patients can scan. Worked with the IT, pathology and radiology teams, including how DICOM images display in the app.
- Designed a four-layer token architecture (reference, scale factor, computed, semantic) for a React Native sales app that runs on TV and on tablets in landscape and portrait. One token source scales type and touch targets for each viewing distance, including a 10-foot TV mode with focus navigation and no hover states.
